The first thing we do is post your job on OhioMeansJobs.com, Indeed, local college job board, and our social media.

You can request a job posting by filling out the form below and sending it to Trent.Wise@jfs.ohio.gov

Screening

We reach out to all applicants to your job and screen them for qualifications. We then provide you with a list of applicants weekly until your job posting expires.

Marketing

We utilize social media, digital billboards, local media, email, videos, and even hiring events to make sure your posting reaches the most people possible, all at no cost to you.

Active Recruitment

Not only do we screen people who applied to your job, but we reach out to qualified candidates around the area individually, calling them and seeing if they are interested, personally.
